Dr Arvind Poswal Medicines

Vereinsausflug Gartenbauverein Oberried

on Sunday morning to 16.05. it went wrong with the bus company Müller Zellertal trips to Abensberg. Chairman Rita Hödl could welcome a bus full of members and non members and a nice trip. After arriving in Abensberg it went straight into the kitchen Bauer beer world. In an interesting and amusing way we were shown the art of brewing and the "art treasures" in old basements, whether these were the white dwarfs beer, the Aloisius or the "Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci now. The Kuchlbauer Brewery is one of the oldest in the world brewing right since 1300, brewing in Abensberg only wheat beers.

The highlight was the visit of the then century water tower or Kuchlbauer tower. On different floors, attached buds and cottages, lead glass windows and the dome of interesting topics were worlds of brewing culture. The tower basement houses the largest wheat beer glass collection. The tower comes in various colors and shapes, and no straight line. On the terrace at 25 m height there is a magnificent panorama. After the tour of the tower there was a beer tasting. Then lunch was served in the brewery inn. Then we went to the asparagus farm in Sandy Distler Harland. Here we were from the family of the cultivation, harvesting and sale of asparagus explained and demonstrated. Well here we were entertained with coffee and cake. Many take the opportunity for the purchase of freshly harvested asparagus.
